Yupeng Wu joined the Knight Campus in 2025 as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in the Deku Lab. He earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he conducted research in the Neural Interfaces Lab. At the Knight Campus, his work focuses on fabricating and characterizing materials and devices for neural recording and stimulation, as well as developing standardized processes for PECVD and sputtering systems.
