Rick Gurge joined the Knight Campus as part of our facilities team in April 2026. Gurge brings over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and has worked in multiple university settings across the United States. Originally from Brazil, Gurge relocated to the U.S. in 2020 and began his career in higher education facilities at the University of Idaho and Washington State University. After moving to Oregon, he joined the University of Oregon, where he supported operations in the EMU. Gurge is now part of the Knight Campus team, helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our community.
