Why Brewing Innovation?

Innovation is a valuable skillset for any career path, involving implementing new ideas, methods, products, services, or solutions that have a significant positive impact and value for society. The Brewing Innovation minor uses brewing as backdrop for learning within the innovation process. Students in this minor will understand and define customer needs and the innovation challenge, and build their innovation skills in a rich, interdisciplinary setting that leverages science and engineering, history, innovation, and storytelling.

Seats in the courses will be limited. Students should indicate their interest by completing the survey at the link below.
