Andre Olarra joined the Knight Campus in 2025 as a Research Engineer in the Dalton Lab. He designs and builds advanced additive manufacturing platforms, including MEW, DIW, CLIP, and multiprocess systems, supporting innovative projects across the lab and beyond. Before joining the Knight Campus, Andre led custom printer development in Oregon State University’s VAMOS Lab, where he worked on projects involving soft materials, sustainable infrastructure, and high-performance composites. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a Biology minor from OSU.
