Rebecca A. Frederick is a postdoctoral research scholar in the Deku Lab at the Knight Campus. She earned her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and previously completed postdoctoral research in the Neural Interfaces Lab at UT Dallas and in the Gardner Lab at the University of Oregon Knight Campus. Her work focuses on the fabrication and testing of devices for neuromodulation, investigating the electrochemical properties of neural interface electrodes, and developing open-science projects and resources for neurotechnology.
