Alexander Schachtner joined the Knight Campus in January of 2023 as a postdoctoral scholar in the Gardner Lab. His research is focused on novel human-computer interface devices. He earned his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Florida in 2021 under the advisement of Prof. Andrew Rinzler. His Ph.D. research focused on the deposition of sub-monolayer carbon nanotube films and their applications in next generation electronic devices.
