The Knight Campus is hiring an Academic Business Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Knight Campus graduate academic programs, with a focus on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role handles key processes like admissions, enrollment, course and classroom scheduling, registration cycles, and tracking tuition revenue. It also includes project management, financial support, event coordination, and helping with a variety of business and administrative needs across our academic units. This position is responsible for financial, business, and regulatory services and requires a high degree of independent judgment, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving. Business Coordinators manage a wide range of responsibilities, including full-cycle financial operations, major research purchasing, travel coordination, policy compliance, facilities operations, event coordination, and special projects, supporting faculty labs, research centers, core facilities, academic units, and strategic initiatives.
