Knight Campus postdoctoral scholar Dr. Sanique M. South has partnered with renowned chemist, social media influencer, and advocate for inclusion in STEM, Dr. Andre Isaacs, to highlight the mission of the Granville & Viola South Scholarship Fund. Founded by Dr. South in memory of her parents, the scholarship provides financial aid, mentorship, and academic support to students in Jamaica. Dr. Isaacs, who recently served as a keynote speaker for the Knight Campus Inclusion Symposium, brings his unique ability to connect with diverse audiences to this meaningful collaboration. The video, launching Thanksgiving week and aligning with Giving Tuesday, aims to raise awareness and help achieve the program’s $5,000 fundraising goal by December 31.
