Bioengineering trainees, Peter Chien, a postdoc in the Peeler lab, and Maya Kasteleiner, a graduate student in the Dalton and Lindberg labs, spoke with local media  about their research and the new opportunities in Building 2. Chien spoke to KEZI about upcoming opportunities to mentor undergraduate students in the lab, and Kasteleiner spoke with the Register Guard about the expanded capacity that Building 2 will provide her research, including more space to do cell culture experiments.
