Transcripts from each institution attended, showing graded course work for all academic work attempted or completed.

A statement describing your background, interests, and goals for graduate study in bioengineering.

A current resume or curriculum vitae outlining your academic and professional experience.

Letters of Reference
Provide the names and emails of your reference writers during application. Each will be invited to submit a confidential electronic letter.

Committee Review
Review of applications begins immediately following the deadline, evaluated jointly by UO and OSU faculty.
In-Person or Virtual Visit
Outstanding applicants will be invited to an in-person or virtual visit to the UO Knight Campus and OSU campus in early spring.
Admission Decisions by March 15
Final admission decisions are completed and enrollment offers extended by March 15.
